How can I get a quote?

Simply! click GET A QUOTE buttom  to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning by phone. (702) 827-1771

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes. Cleaning supplies are included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the best products that get the job done.  If you have certain products you prefer just supply them to the cleaners at the time of scheduled cleaning.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation

Scheduling Questions

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Payment is expected once cleaning is complete and paid through method agreed upon at time of booking.

ARE THERE NAY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning. You can also request extra items via phone.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Our Services” button.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Usually one to two cleaners are sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

Should I still have my house professionally cleaned due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus?

In these uncertain times we at Isabel Cleaning Service fully understand our customers concerns about coronavirus (COVID-19). Our highest priority is the health and well-being of all customers whether you are a one time deep clean customer or a regular monthly or weekly house cleaning customer. We are locally owned and operated thus giving us complete control over how our business responds to challenges like the coronavirus. Here are some of the ways we are handling the COVID-19 crisis.

• We have a limited professional staff thus allowing us to take each employees temperature daily before and after work.
• We will NOT clean homes if anyone in the home is sick or showing flu-like symptoms.
• Our team members will wear gloves.
• Our members wash hands with soap and water upon entering homes and before leaving.
• We ALWAYS disinfect cleaning equipment at the end of each day.
• We disinfect the interior of our work vehicles daily.
• We sterilize and wash cleaning cloths/materials every single day with detergent and a disinfectant solution.
